Photo deliveries are always completed next day, typically by the following morning.

For Simple and Premium Videos, delivery is also next day, excluding Saturday shoots. Videos filmed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Monday.

Luxury Cinematic Videos have a standard turnaround time of 3–4 days due to the advanced editing process.

Not at all — we encourage you to wait until you have all the necessary details for your listing before placing an order. This approach is preferred, as it allows for any adjustments or cancellations to be made easily prior to any transactions being processed.

No, absolutely not. As long as we have a way into the property via access code, lockbox combo, or one time Supra code, no one needs to be there. If the agent is not on site, it is also preferred that the homeowner not be there as well.

It depends on the week! The best is to book as far out as you can to ensure your preferred appointment time and to help your sellers be ready for the big day!

Yes! We are open 7 days a week! 

Remember, what the house looks like is what will be shown to everyone to sell the house. The better it looks, the better the photos/videos will be! Feel free to check out our PHOTO READY CHECKLIST to make it look the best as possible and be ready when your media specialist arrives. 

We also prefer the homeowner, dogs, and kiddos be gone during the entirety of the shoot.

It can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3.5 hours just depending on what services are being ordered and the size of the house.

You will be emailed a download link to the email you have provided. From there, you can login to your portal and easily see all of your content in one place.

A fee of $75 will incur if the shoot is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
